About the Role:
Coastal Protection Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! In this key role, you'll oversee inventory operations and help keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily inventory control operations and warehouse activities
- Receive daily UPS/Fedex shipments, unpackaged, cross reference POs, update inventory, and create/print barcode labels
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and perform regular physical inventory audits
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability
- Generate inventory reports and present findings to management
- Handle Return Authorizations and create shipping labels for products to distributors
- Organize & help technicians keep proper inventory on vans
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors & small warehouse environment
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
